Run the showtogether.

Fuzer Connect is where promoters, venues, performers and the people selling their tickets work on the same event, with every share of the money agreed before the first ticket sells.

A show is a group project. Ticketing never was.

  • Without Connect: The takings get split on a calculator after the show.

In Connect: Every sale is divided the moment it is paid, on terms everyone agreed.

  • Without Connect: Nobody can prove which promoter sold which tickets.

In Connect: Each promoter sells through their own link and code, and sees every sale it made.

  • Without Connect: The venue waits weeks to find out what it earned.

In Connect: Every collaborator watches its own earnings from the same sales, as they happen.

  • Without Connect: Door staff share one login, and it belongs to the owner.

In Connect: Each door team gets a code that checks tickets for this event, and nothing else.

Every part of the show gets its own view.

Promoters. Bring in the venue and the act, with the split agreed before you announce.

Invite the organisations you are working with and set what each one earns from every ticket type. They review the terms in Connect and agree, so no ticket goes on sale on terms somebody never saw.

  • Search Fuzer for the venue and the act by the name their fans know, then choose exactly what they can do.
  • Set different shares for different tickets, like VIP and general admission.
  • Change the terms later and everyone affected reviews the change. Tickets already bought keep theirs.

Venues. Know who is on your door, and watch your share of every ticket as it sells.

Run several rooms or locations from one organisation. Make a door code for each team or entrance; staff scan its QR code and check tickets in Entry Manager, even when the signal drops.

  • A door code covers the event, one location or one session, and nothing else.
  • See check-ins and your earnings without asking the promoter for a spreadsheet.
  • Your venue profile collects followers from every show you host.

Performers. Claim your profile, bring your fans with you, and stop chasing the money after the show.

Your performer profile may already exist on Fuzer. Claim it, and every event you are credited on reaches the people who follow you. Your share of each ticket is agreed up front and paid straight to your bank.

  • Verify it is really you and take over your public profile, followers included.
  • See what you have earned from each event, under the terms you agreed.
  • Managers and agents can join your organisation with their own access.

Promoting for others. Sell tickets for the shows you believe in, and get paid for every one.

Apply to promote an event, or accept an invitation from its team. You get your own link and code, see every ticket sold through them, and earn the commission you agreed on each one.

  • Commission is a fixed amount or a percentage of each eligible ticket.
  • Your team members get their own links, so you see who sold what.
  • Commission is paid into your organisation once each event ends.

Agree the split before the first ticket sells.

Shares are set for each ticket type and agreed by everyone involved. When a ticket sells, Connect divides it exactly the way it will pay out.

Changes never reach old tickets.
When terms change, tickets already bought or held at checkout keep the terms they were sold under.
Paid out by Stripe.
The lead is verified before paid sales start. Collaborators can earn while they finish verifying, and are paid once they are ready.
One currency, never converted.
Each event sells in one currency, and balances are kept separately for every currency you earn in.

Credit, access and money are three separate things.

Being named on an event, being able to manage part of it and being paid from it are agreed one by one. Nobody gets more than their job needs.

Questions

Who is Fuzer Connect for?

Anyone who puts on live events: promoters, venues, performers and the people who manage them, plus anyone who sells tickets for other people's events. An organisation can be one person or a whole team, and it can be a promoter, a venue and a performer at once.

What does it cost?

Connect is free to use. Buyers pay a booking fee of 5% + 50p per ticket, with a minimum of £1, shown before they check out. Free events have no fees at all.

How is the money split between us?

The lead organisation proposes each collaborator's share of every ticket type, and each one agrees in Connect before tickets go on sale. Every sale is divided on those terms and each organisation is paid its own share through Stripe.

Can the other organisations see everything we earn?

No. Each collaborator sees its own earnings and the sales it referred. Event-wide sales, buyer details, exports and marketing need separate permission from the lead.

My venue or act is already listed on Fuzer. Is that my profile?

Probably. Venues and performers can be listed before they join. Claim the profile, verify that you represent it, and its followers and events stay with it.

How do door staff get in?

Create a door code on the event’s Door access page and choose what it covers: the whole event, one location or one session. Staff scan its QR code with their phone camera to open Entry Manager with that access, and you can stop the code at any time.

Can one event run across several days or venues?

Yes. Add sessions with their own dates and locations, then decide which sessions each ticket covers, from a single night to a pass for the whole event.

Your next show,
together.
